Ogni attore della catena di trasporto - l&#8217;autista, il caricatore, il proprietario del veicolo e il vettore - deve assicurarsi che il carico sia fissato correttamente. Le normative definiscono i parametri minimi di sicurezza, le forze di fissaggio necessarie e le specifiche tecniche per le attrezzature di fissaggio.<br\/>La non conformit\u00e0 porta a gravi conseguenze: multe, immobilizzazione del veicolo, premi assicurativi pi\u00f9 alti e persino responsabilit\u00e0 penali in caso di lesioni.
