Les r\u00e9glementations d\u00e9finissent les param\u00e8tres de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 minimaux, les forces d&rsquo;arrimage requises et les sp\u00e9cifications techniques du mat\u00e9riel d&rsquo;arrimage.<br\/>La non-conformit\u00e9 entra\u00eene de graves cons\u00e9quences : amendes, immobilisation du v\u00e9hicule, augmentation des primes d&rsquo;assurance, voire responsabilit\u00e9 p\u00e9nale en cas de blessure. Des r\u00e8gles harmonis\u00e9es prot\u00e8gent tous les usagers de la route.  <\/p><\/div><\/div><\/div>\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-ast-global-color-0-color has-text-color has-link-color has-large-font-size wp-elements-49a2065e45b83471bb378feef0fb9485\">Responsabilit\u00e9s juridiques &#8211; Qui est responsable ?<\/h2>\n\n<p>Le droit europ\u00e9en \u00e9tablit une <strong>responsabilit\u00e9 partag\u00e9e<\/strong>:<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Chauffeur :<\/strong> v\u00e9rifie l&rsquo;arrimage avant le d\u00e9part et en cours de route.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Exp\u00e9diteur\/chargeur :<\/strong> assure un arrimage correct et une d\u00e9claration pr\u00e9cise des d\u00e9tails de la cargaison.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Transporteur\/propri\u00e9taire :<\/strong> fournit des v\u00e9hicules et des \u00e9quipements adapt\u00e9s.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p>Le non-respect de ces obligations peut entra\u00eener des amendes administratives, voire des poursuites p\u00e9nales si un mauvais arrimage est \u00e0 l&rsquo;origine de blessures.
