Sin embargo, estudios de agencias europeas de seguridad vial estiman que<strong> hasta el 20-25% de los accidentes en los que se ven implicados veh\u00edculos pesados est\u00e1n relacionados con una carga mal sujeta<\/strong>. El desplazamiento de la carga puede causar graves da\u00f1os, lesiones o v\u00edctimas mortales, as\u00ed como costosas multas y p\u00e9rdidas de reputaci\u00f3n para las empresas.  <\/p>\n\n<p>Seg\u00fan la legislaci\u00f3n europea, tanto el conductor como el expedidor y el transportista son responsables de la sujeci\u00f3n segura de la carga.
